I normally would not post something like this, but this petition that was recently filed by Trump's administration to the Federal Communications Commission may have an effect on protecting our freedom of speech as preachers of Christ's Gospel in America. I will leave a link to the answer the President's press secretary gave on this matter (link will take you to the time stamp), and that they are pressuring the FCC to create new policies that will make internet censorship from all social media platforms accountable for removing or censoring any issues on politics or religion, guaranteeing that, not only would such censorship be a federal offense, but would also guarantee that citizens who have had their posts and content removed unlawfully would be eligible to file civil lawsuits against the company responsible.

Law/Legal / Update on our Small Claims Lawsuit

As many in our church are aware, we have a small claims lawsuit we have filed against our neighbors down the street because their two dogs got loose and killed a few of our chickens. We ended up having to shoot the dogs to prevent other chickens from getting injured or killed.

The defendants in the case have filed a counter-claim against us, and not only did I suspect they would do that, I was hoping they would because this is only going to help our case.

Without going into too many details, we have three eye witnesses to the event. We have the eyewitness testimonies of the deputies who were on the scene just after it all happened. We have eyewitnesses to testify that they were harassing Lorraine's employees, and to prove that they lied to the authorities about it to avoid citations. (I am also in the process of getting photographs that were taken by deputies.) We have a the documentation of a court case in 2010, in which the male defendant was prosecuted for eight counts of animal neglect/abandonment, of which we have been told that in order to avoid jail time, he made a plea deal with the judge to never own animals again in Shelby County.

We are now being counter-sued by the defendants for almost $3,000, and though I appreciate all the prayer towards this matter, there is very little to be concerned about here because Lorraine and I were laughing at their counter-claim. For an explanation of damages, they wrote:
"Loss of two dogs. We had 2 Husky dogs that counter defendant Christopher Johnson shot + killed. He lurd [sic] them in his yard + shot them. No evidence they killed his chickens."

Lorraine and I started laughing because they did not even bother to look up and read the Sheriff's report! The judge is probably going to scold them for wasting his time.

All the eyewitnesses to the event will be on our side of the courtroom. There was a woman on Facebook who made a comment insinuating that we "lurd" (i.e. lured) the dogs onto the property, but when the deputy investigated, she backpedaled because she said she did not see anything at all. (i.e. The town I live in is a rumor mill.)

But now they are suing us for damages, pain & suffering, AND lost wages. When I mentioned "lost wages" to Lorraine over the phone when I told her about this, she literally responded: "WHAT?!" ... and then we laughed.

I need to contact the courthouse and see if I am allowed to audio record the hearing because this is going to be comical. Although I always get nervous and shaky anytime I have to speak publicly, I am looking forward to this. The court date is set for Sept 29 at 1:00pm.

I got my second YouTube strike this year, and it was once again a video exposing Steven Anderson's railing and false doctrines. I cannot expose certain false teachers on YouTube without hitting their "Hate Speech" auto-filter; this is why some of you may have noticed that many content creators will censor their own words, even when just reading news and information.

One strike is a warning that lasts for a few months. Two strikes within a short time will prevent me from uploading for a number of weeks. Three strikes within a short time will shut down the channel. I have no idea what they will look for, when they will find something that violates their ridiculous policies, nor when I will be shut down.

I want everyone to understand that I could have my entire channel removed at any moment. I could still be on YouTube for another 10 years, or I could have it removed next week, so if anyone is reading this and relies on YouTube to listen to what I preach, you are walking on thin ice because I do not know how much longer I will be on there.

This is why I have encouraged everyone, many times, to go to the website to read or listen to anything. I re-upload some of my videos to internet archives, where they do not have retarded political censorship. Internet Archives allows me to embed the videos I upload, so they will still be available on the articles and books I produce.

For now, God has allowed me to continue unhindered on my website. However, that could also change in the future depending on future presidents and congressmen who may attempt to initiate general internet censorship for their so-called "hate speech." It will not just be certain words, but eventually, general concepts, and even the King James Bible, will be censored, so we should thank God for the time he has allowed us to be free to preach. I do not believe that time is coming very soon, but it could be for all we know.

I will continue to upload my teachings and other certain videos to YouTube, but I have a backlog of all the videos I have uploaded on my computer and a back-up drive, so I can re-upload things to another platform just in case. There are some videos I am no longer even attempting to bring to YouTube, so again, go to the website if you want all the teachings and other content that I produce.

One of our listeners pointed out to me that I had spoken error in the teaching, Revivalism: The Devil's Design, concerning Joel 2:28. Originally, I had written that Joel 2:28 specifically was prophesying of the last days of this world, but that was not the case. Joel 2:28 was specifically fulfilled on the Day of Pentecost in Acts 2.

And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:
-Joel 2:28

But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel; And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:
-Acts 2:16-17

In fact, I did not remember writing any such thing when the man wrote me to inform me of the error, and I thought for a while about why I had written that, but I could not figure out why I wrote that error. I do not know if I had been influenced by someone else, or if I had read or interpreted something incorrectly; I have no idea.

I'm sorry if anyone was confused, or if I gave anyone the wrong idea in what I had previously written. I spent a few days re-writing the entire teaching to correct and polish it.

However, the error has been fixed, and the teaching should now be correct. The man I was rebuking on this point was still incorrect, and I go on to explain his misuse of the phrase "the last days," explaining his error on the context.

I have been working all week to renovate this teaching since it was poorly written and had some errors in it. I also added in new Scriptures and links to updated teachings.

As I went through this teaching again, I was reminded about a quote from Charles Spurgeon when he was exposing the deception of the Revivalism Movement, which was picking up popularity in his day, and I hope this quote will have more impact on you all today, considering all the struggle we have gone through to teach the Biblical understanding of repentance, which is godly sorrow of wrongdoing:

"Sometimes we are inclined to think that a very great portion of modern revivalism has been more a curse than a blessing, because it has led thousands to a kind of peace before they have known their misery; restoring the prodigal to the Father's house and never making him say, 'Father, I have sinned.' How can he be healed who is not sick? or he be satisfied with the bread of life who is not hungry? The old-fashioned sense of sin is despised, and consequently a religion is run up before the foundations are dug out. Everything in this age is shallow. Deep-sea fishing is almost an extinct business so far as men's souls are concerned. The consequence is that men leap into religion, and then leap out again. Unhumbled they came to the church, unhumbled they remained in it, and unhumbled they go from it."
