I have worked with fema along side the militarily at one time. Are job was to take all the cars out of the area with a tag on it. Well I always wondered why some churches got a lot of pay from fema while some only got a check for 75 dollars. For example a church would receive like 8000 for clean up, but yet all the people doing the clean up are volunteering members of the "church". So in other words they get a check for 8000 just to spend on whatever the pastor wants. It always bothered me but I guess now it all makes sense with fema pastors
