This was one of the first articles from Chris that I read.  I took it to heart.  Being old and knowing that when you are old everything about your body begins to, shall we say,  lose vitality.  If not break down altogether  ....

This is not medical advice:  I took 10 or 12 seeds for a couple months.  Now I eat about 20 per day.

I do not know why but I find the Bitter part added in a little funny. Do they have to rub the bitter in? I know how bitter they are because I have had a number of apple seeds. Just a funny thought. I would like to have some myself.

They emphasize the bitter aspect because that is the laeitril (sp?). There are apricots that do not have it and they are called 'sweet'.

I was feeling some pains in the ovary area, and i thought...better start taking these wonderful little seeds.)
