Title: Multivitamins?
Post by: Kenneth Winslow on August 26, 2019, 10:41:45 AM
The multivitamin I've been taking for a couple of years seems to now be scarce.
Does anyone have any recommendations for an organic multivitamin?

I mentioned this to Lorraine; hopefully, she'll post about it soon. I'll try to remember to remind her about it, and she can give you a more thorough response.

okay, so the multi-vitamin that I used to get for Chris (and the girl version for me) is not as good as the youngevity vitamin-- I am actually blown away with how good it is. I just added CoQ10 and L-carnitine and a probiotic to my regimen and this multi has them built in. Might just have to get it for us.

Chris wanted me to say why it's good
-a - organic
-b - food based nutrition instead of artificial/rock based vit/mins
-c - including the herbals for digestion, metabolism, and immune system
-d - has b12 along with the other b vits

overall a great recommendation that I cannot beat but will rather join. Thanks!

Thank you for evaluating that for me. I'm not educated on meaning of all that nutritional information. I'm grateful that others are and can make an educated recommendation.  :D
