Okay, I have responded.
That's the end. I was never sent any letter, and it's been almost a month. I guess it wasn't very important. This was very odd, and likely, it was something where someone just wanted to complain about something they didn't understand. That's usually what I get from letters like these. But I thought this was a little humorous simply because she emphasized how important this was, but then she never sent anything. However, there's always this thing in the back of mind wondering what it was, just to see if my suspicions were correct.

She wants you to first see if she has contact with you? Maybe she was wanting to make sure you will get it rather than like the big names where they have staff or automated message

He did reply to her. His letter said 'Okay, I have responded.'

Or maybe she wanted him to prove it was Chris who was replying

She probably thought it was too smart-alecky of a reply and that he wasn't taking her seriously enough so she got offended and ignored it. In which case, as Chris said, it really wasn't all that important to begin with.
I'm curious, though; with just a first initial, how do you know it was a 'she'?

Why wouldn't someone just include the letter in the first place. What was she trying to do? Save postage?
