Does the Bible Make Scientific Predictions?

Most evolutionists who don't read their Bible, think the Bible makes no scientific predictions, which is why they ask the question to obtain an upper-hand in debate, but it backfires when the Chrsitian demonstrates that true scientific inquiry would verify the Bible's predictions. The Bible makes many predictions (logical, scientific, historical, etc) that can be verified.

Since science deals with what we can observe, test, and demonstrate, I will show how what the Bible says we should see in nature is observable, testable, and demonstrable, but the evolution predictions are NOT observable, NOT testable, and NOT demonstrable. If this prediction is correct, it will demonstrate the basic claims of the Bible concerning nature follow the scientific logic, but the evolution theory does not use that same scientific logic in their religious theory.

The Scientific Method:

Question - What do you want to know?
Hypothesis - Make a prediction.
Experiment - Test your prediction.
Analysis - Examine the test results.
Conclusion - What did you prove?

QUESTION:
We want to know if the Bible is true in its predictions.

HYPOTHESIS #1:

And God made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind, and every thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind: and God saw that it was good.
-Genesis 1:25

The Bible tells us that animals will bring forth offspring after their kind. (Examples of this phrasing can be found also in Job 39:1-3; Isa 5:4; etc.) A "kind," according to the Bible, would be those creatures that are able to bring forth offspring. If they can bring forth offspring, they are the same kind.

Based on God's Word in Genesis, I would predict that animals will bring forth after their kind. Though there may be variations, I would predict that each kind has limitations to their changes, and that one kind of animal cannot bring forth a different kind of animal. Since God's Word is reliable and does not pass away, I also predict that this is a genetic law that will not change while the earth remains.

EXPERIMENT:
When we look at the world, so far, all scientific experiments have shown us that dogs produce dogs, horses produce horses, bears produce bears, etc. All these breeding experiments are repeatable and observable. This means, all scientific evidence proves that God's Word is correct in Genesis. There may be some genetic variaties, like a horse and zebra for example, but they are still interfertile and cannot produce anything other than the horse kind. If there was evidence that a horse could produce a non-horse, then that would falsify the Biblical account.

ANALYSIS:

Evolutionists will typically bring up the mule as an objection to this rule, claiming that it is not longer interfertile. One in 10,000 mules are fertile and can produce the next generation, but if they are no longer able to produce offspring, then that means they CANNOT produce a different kind. This demonstrates that God's Word is true, and that there are limitations to the genetic changes available because they are unable to breed past DNA boundaries.

CONCLUSION:
This proves the Bible is correct when God said they would bring forth after their kind, and it proves the evolution model is falsified on macro-evolution, because these kinds of animals are limited in their genetic variation, and cannot produce more offspring once they reach the shallow end of the gene pool. We have no evidence that one kind of animal can change into a different kind of animal.
The evolutionist may try to argue species, but they no idea what a species is supposed to be.

HYPOTHESIS #2:

And it came to pass after seven days, that the waters of the flood were upon the earth... And the waters prevailed exceedingly upon the earth; and all the high hills, that were under the whole heaven, were covered... And the waters prevailed upon the earth an hundred and fifty days.
-Genesis 7:10-24

Based on these Scriptures, and hydrological sorting in nature, I would predict we would find layers of sediment all over the world. I would also predict, based on recent events in Spirit Lake near Mt. St. Helens, that we would find trees standing up in the verticle position, running through multiple rock layers.

EXPERIMENT:

If we take soil, sand, gravel, etc, and put them into a container, fill the container with water, shake them all up, and set the container on the ground, after a short time sitting, the sediments will begin to settle into layers automatically based on their density in water. This is a repeatable experiment that demonstrates the forming of layered sediments, and if there was a global flood in this world, we should see layers of sediments all over the world, and indeed, that's what we find.

During a global flood, huge numbers of trees would be floating in water all around the world, and we can see what would happen to these trees based on recent observations at Mt. St. Helens. Over a million trees were blown into Spirit Lake in 1980, and as they rolled around in the water, they became heavy as they took on water and sank. These trees slowly sink into the mud of lake, looking like they grew there, but they were only recently deposited.

All over the world, petrified trees called Polystrate Fossils are found standing up in the vertical position running through multiple rock layers. This is clear evidence that proves the Biblical hypothesis correct.

ANALYSIS:
Evolutionists attempt to say the layers formed slowly by dust settling over billions of years; first one layer, then the next, etc. However, we have no experimentation to show us how or if this could even happen. (It's difficult to find information on the subject because so little is done to prove the evolutionary hypothesis.) This leaves the Biblical account as the only observable and testable hypothesis we have to explain the layers of rock all over the world.

If the layers of rock formed slowly over millions of years, as the evolution model predicts, we should not find the layers nearly as consistent. Erosion marks and pockets would be formed, as they naturally do all over the world, and these should be filled back in slowly over millions of years with the next sedimentary-type layer, leaving example #4 in the picture above, but that is not what we find in the earth.

Polystrate fossils running vertically through multiple rock layers is proof that the evolutionary model for the layers is falsified. The tree did not grow up through hundreds of feet of sediment hoping to find sunlight, and it did not sit there for millions of years waiting for the layers to form around it. The Biblical model for a global flood is the only explanation for finding these petrified trees (sometimes upside-down) running through multiple layers of rock.

CONCLUSION:
The layers of sediments in the positions they sit in the earth today prove the Bible is correct when God said He judged this world with a flood that covered the entire earth. The evolutionist may argue this conclusion, but they have no repeatable experiments to back up their claims, whereas we do have repeatable experiments to support the Biblical model.

HYPOTHESIS #3:

And Zillah, she also bare Tubalcain, an instructer of every artificer in brass and iron:
-Genesis 4:22

The geneologies given in Genesis indicate that there would have been a vast population of people before the flood. This specific Scripture in 4:22 tells me that they knew metal-working techniques. Since coal forms from dead bio-material, and coal would have had to form after the flood, I would predict that we should find evidence of man-made metallic creations in, and around, coal deposits.

EXPERIMENT:

These objects are some of the many that have been found in coal. More recently, with huge machines that dig through large quantities of coal at a time, such findings are destroyed quickly and never seen, but before the machines, when coal was dug by hand, small trinkets like this were found often in coal seams.

ANALYSIS:
The coal formation AFTER the deaths of mankind, who obviously had the ability to make these objects, is the only way to explain how tools and artistic creations are discovered in coal seams. The evolutionary model has no explanation for this, and often call these finds "OOPArt," which means "out-of-place artifact." They are only "out-of-place" for the evolution model, which says coal formed BEFORE mankind. These "OOPArts" are exactly where we predict they would be found according to the Biblical model.

CONCLUSION:
The Bible is again correct when it comes to the discoveries made, and the evolution theory has been falsified yet again. According to the evolution model, coal had to form over millions of years, but modern-day mankind, according to their theory, did not appear until 500,000 years ago, and they did not begin making advanced tools and objects, like bells and iron pots, until at least 50,000 years ago (if not less), when coal was already formed. These discoveries in coal are proof the evolution model has been falsified, and that the Bible has once again made accurate predictions.

During live discussion, many evolutionists will demonstrate their rejection of science when it comes to the hardcore tenants of the evolution religion. For example, I have questioned evolutionists if they believe rock layers are millions of years in age, to which they respond they believe it; however, after I share about polystrate fossil trees and animals running through multiple rock layers, which prove those layers cannot be millions of years in age, and I ask them again if they believe the layers are millions of years in age, most I speak with hesitate to answer the question because they logically know it's not possible, but they still WANT to believe in it.

When someone comes up with a theory, they are supposed to test that theory, and if the tests come back negative, they are supposed to throw out the theory, or adjust the theory, and try new experiments to see if it fits. This scientific method is applied to most fields, but is ignored when dealing with evolution, because the theory has been dead for a long time, so the evidence must then be altered to fit the evolution model. Evolution should have been ditched a long time ago, but some followers are having a hard time letting it go because it gives them freedom from the God of the Bible, and "thou shalt not."
